The song is composed by composed and sung by Sonal Pradhan and penned by Shaweel Azmi. The song highlights the relationship between the two central characters, one who has no inhibitions about her sexuality and the other who’s pressured by societal norms. The two find solace and love between each other and the story then goes ahead.

The first instalment of Maaya made headlines in 2017 with its bold avatar starring Shama Sikander who played the role of Sonia which highlighted the story of a woman who lives a parallel life as Maaya, who is a submissive in the world of BDSM.

Maaya 2 is slated to release on the OTT platform on 30th May 2018 and is produced under the banner Lone Ranger by Vikram Bhatt and Jio Cinemas.
