I like to check online references for concepts when I plan on doing a shoot, and when I see there are no results for such photoshoots I feel happier because I might experiment it for the first time but there is equal nervousness because nobody wants to fail the efforts and manpoer that’s been put in creating those pictures.

According to me, this film will do a great business. I am very lucky to be working with Swapna in future as a producer and may be as an actor too."

Prime Minister Narendra Modi's move to demonetise high value currency notes will not have any effect on the release of "Rock On 2", says actor-filmmaker Farhan Akhtar who feels nothing can stop the audiences from coming to theatres once they decide that a film needs to be watched.

Farhan, who plays one of the leads in "Rock On 2" and is also the film's co-producer, wonders if there is ever the perfect time to release a film.
"Finally, it's not about how much you market your film. If intense marketing helped sell a film to the audience, every film would be a hit. I feel the public makes up its mind whether it wants to see a film or not early in the process of a film's marketing. If they've decided they want to see a film, nothing can stop them," he said.
After Modi announced scrapping of Rs 500 and Rs 1,000 notes, there was a buzz that the makers of "Rock On 2" were contemplating postponing its release to avoid the immediate backlash of the currency shortage among consumers.
"Wrong," said producer Ritesh Sidhwani, and added: "We are releasing on schedule this Friday."

"It was a full and thorough investigation and the determination has been made that no charges should be brought," said a source, adding that there was no finding of abuse. 

"The likely next step is a referral to family court so that the matter of custody can be determined. There is no permanent custody agreement currently in place, only an arrangement pending the outcome of this investigation. Now, with this conclusion, custody can be determined," the source added.

Try banning illegal Indian film DVDs: Rishi Kapoor to PEMRA

#Rishi_Kapoor has spoken against the Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA) after it enforced a blanket ban on Indian content in Pakistan. The veteran actor wonders how illegal Indian film DVDs will be banned there.

No trace of Kannada actors who jumped into lake

A day-long search on Tuesday failed to trace the bodies of two actors who drowned in a nearby lake while enacting a stunt scene by jumping from a helicopter during the filming of a Kannada movie, police said.

"Rescue teams have been searching the TG Halli lake since morning but were unable to trace the bodies of (Anil and Uday) till evening due to poor visibility, silt and water weeds in its polluted backwaters," police officer H.L. Nandeesha told from the location.

I saw the video and there was no safety precautions taken for those actors. I think it's a pure criminal act by the producer and action director; who make them jump into the water, when they didn't know how to swim! I think it is unpardonable," Sonu told.
