#AyushmannKhurrana who is gearing up for the release of his forthcoming thriller film #Andhandun said horror comedy is a good genre to explore.
Ayushmann Khurrana was interacting with media when he paid tribute to legendary singer Kishore Kumar on his upcoming 89th birth anniversary at a local radio station on Monday in Mumbai.
Ayushmann's brother Aparshakti Khurana will be seen next in Rajkummar Rao's starrer 'Stree'. The actor also tweet on social media praising the film's trailer. When talking about it he said, I had watched Stree's trailer two months ago actually. Aparshakti is part of the film, and even Rajkummar is, I know him very well we are friends and Producer Dinu (Dinesh Vijan) is also a good friend.
I really loved the trailer. In fact this genre of horror comedy is very unique and it is good to explore that genre."
Asked if reason for rescheduling 'Andhandun's release is his brother's upcoming film 'Stree' he said, "I think of course, that day there are four releases and I think if there are dates available ahead there is no point releasing all four at the same day. And since dates are available I think we should of course shift."
Ayushmann's will also be seen in 'Badhai Ho' with Sanya Malhotra, directed by Amit Sharma in October.
‘Andhadhun’ is a thriller film directed by Sriram Raghavan. The film stars Ayushmann Khurrana, Tabu and Radhika Apte, Zakir Hussain, Ashwini Kalsekar and Manav Vij in the pivotal roles.
It is produced by Viacom 18 Motion Pictures and Matchbox Pictures.
