Here comes an interesting new development, #AjayDevgn and #RanbirKapoor will be seen together in #LuvRanjan’s next. The film goes on floor next year and will be Luv’s next directorial venture after the recent runaway success of Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety.
Filmmaker Luv Ranjan, who is noted for his epic successful romantic comedies, such as Pyaar Ka Panchnama series and Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety and more, has pulled a casting coup of sorts.
Ajay Devgn and Ranbir Kapoor, are the two massive powerhouse actors and we’re excited about the upcoming project.
Trade Analyst Taran Adarsh confirmed the news on his social media profile. He wrote, “It's a casting coup... Ajay Devgn and Ranbir Kapoor... Luv Ranjan brings the two powerhouse actors in his next film, after the phenomenal success of #SonuKeTituKiSweety and #PKP series... Shooting starts in 2019”
The project is still untitled and the shooting will start in 2019, with Ajay Devgn and Ranbir Kapoor in the lead, helmed by Luv Ranjan.
Ajay Devgn was last seen in Raid, which was based on real-life story of an income-tax officer. He is currently shooting for Total Dhamaal, which is helmed by Indra Kumar. It is the sequel to 2011 film Double Dhamaal and the third installment of the Dhamaal film series. The film stars Riteish Deshmukh, Arshad Warsi and Jaaved Jaffrey reprise their roles from the previous films, alongside Anil Kapoor and Madhuri Dixit as new additions to the lead cast.
Ranbir Kapoor is currently busy wrapping Brahmāstra, also starring Amitabh Bachchan, Alia Bhatt, and Mouni Roy in the lead roles. It is directed by Ayan Mukerji and produced by Karan Johar.
