Ranbir Kapoor Leads the Ganpati Visarjan At Rk Studios
The Kapoor Clan - #RanbirKapoor, #RajeevKapoor, #RishiKapoor and #RandhirKapoor celebrates the #GanpatiUtsav at famous #RkStudios in Mumbai.
Ranbir Kapoor along with his father Rishi Kapoor and uncles Randhir and Rajiv Kapoor took the Ganpati idol residing in RK Studio in Chembur for the last 10 days for immersion.
This could be the last Ganpati Utsav celebrated at the iconic studio started by Raj Kapoor in 1948. The Kapoors confirmed in August that the grand studio, where Raj Kapoor shot films such as Shree 420 (1955) and Mera Naam Joker (1970), is up for sale.

Anil Kapoor took to his Twitter account and shared three part post praising the filmmaker and actor. Karan says he would cast Ranbir, Alia and Janhvi in 'Kuch Kuch Hota Hai 2
Filmmaker #KaranJohar while hosting the season 2 of #CallingKaran on ISHQ 104.8 said he would cast #Ranbir, #Alia and #Janhvi for #KuchKuchHotaHai2.
Karan's classic 1998 release "Kuch Kuch Hota Hai", which was also his directorial debut, featured Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol and Rani Mukerji in lead roles.
When one of the listeners asked him about his plans for the remake of "Kuch Kuch Hota Hai" and which actors he would choose for the movie, he said, "If I made 'Kuch Kuch Hota Hai 2', I would cast Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Janhvi Kapoor in it."

Indian President Kovind Visits Brahmastra Team in Bulgaria
Team #Brahmastra, which includes #RanbirKapoor, #AliaBhatt and #AyanMukerji are shooting in Sofia, Bulgaria. The film is shot exclusively overseas and yester, President Kovind and President Radev visited the sets of the film and interacted with the entire cast and crew.
The official handle of President of India shared the news on social media along with candid pictures from the sets. It said, “#PresidentKovind and President Radev dropped in at the studio in Sofia where the Hindi film Brahmastra is being made. The Presidents met the Indo-Bulgarian crew and chatted about cinema as a business and cultural link between the two countries.”
Dharma Productions official handle also confirmed the same. It said, “Honoured to have the President of India, #PresidentKovind visit the sets of #Brahmāstra in #Bulgaria. This one goes down in the milestone book! @karanjohar @apoorvamehta18 #NamitMalhotra #RanbirKapoor @aliaa08 #AyanMukerji.”

I don’t react to Rumours - Alia Bhatt
#AliaBhatt said she doesn't believe in reacting to rumours about her dating or marriage to #RanbirKapoor!
As per media reports, the 'Dear Zindagi’ star is currently dating Ranbir Kapoor and there have been speculations that the couple might tie the knot next year.
When asked about the same, Alia told reporters, "I don't react to rumours. Rumours are not meant to be reacted upon. As long as you aren't entering my bathroom, I am fine, because if you are not talking about me then maybe I am not relevant enough.
"But honestly, I am in a very good place both personally and professionally so no issues whatsoever," she added.
Alia and Ranvir - the duo will share screen space for the first time in 'Brahmastra'. When asked if it adds to the performance if one is dating their co-star, Alia said, "When you're an actor, your job is to act. When you're in front of the camera, it doesn't matter who you are dating, not dating, whether you're tall or short or fat or unhappy or very happy."

Nagarjuna Akkineni to appear in Brahmastra
#KaranJohar announced the a new addition to the cast of his upcoming release #Brahmastra.
Along with Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor and Amitabh Bachchan now Nagarjuna Akkineni will also appear in the superhero fantasy film.
Filmmaker Karan Johar wrote, "We are honoured and exceptionally excited to have the one and only @iamnagarjuna doing an extremely “special” role in our film #BRAHMASTRA !! Directed by Ayan Mukerji @SrBachchan @aliaa08 #RanbirKapoor ...thank you sir for your love and your beautiful energy!"
He also shared a picture of the cast together with director Ayan Mukerji.

Looking Forward To Taking Sanju To Indian Film Festival – Rajkumar Hirani
After an incredible success worldwide, #RajkumarHirani now heads to the #IndianFilmFestival of Melbourne to screen #Sanju for Australian students!
The Indian Film Festival of Melbourne is a celebration of Indian cinema in the land down under. This year the festival will be taking place from 10th - 22nd August 2018, under the unifying theme of inclusion.
On talking about the screening he said, "It’s always an enriching experience when people of different diaspora watch our films. I look forward to the special screening of Sanju for the students at La Trobe. It would be an interesting experience to see the reactions of those who are almost alien to Hindi films and the life of Sanjay Dutt."
This year, the festival is delighted and proud to present Rajkumar Hirani as the key guest who will celebrate Indian Cinema along with the diaspora at IFFM. The director who’s currently riding on a huge success wave after his film Sanju has gone on to becoming the highest grosser of 2018.
Rajkumar Hirani will be screening the film Sanju for university students from La Trobe. He will introduce the film, talk about Sanjay Dutt and show them a very different sort of biopic something they aren’t familiar with. For many this will be their first Bollywood film ever.

Ranbir and Sanjay Dutt starrer, Shamshera to release on 31st July 2020
#YashRajFilms announced the release date of #Shamshera on Wednesday morning with a tweet.
The official twitter account uploaded a statement and wrote, "#Shamshera to release on July 31, 2020! #RanbirKapoor | @karanmalhotra21 | @duttsanjay | @Vaaniofficial | @ShamsheraMovie"
The statement read, " YRF's action spectacle Shamshera that pitcs Ranbir Kapoor and Sanjay Dutt in a bloody face off on the big screen to release on July 31st 2020."
Agneepath director Karan Malhotra is all set to direct another Sanjay Dutt blockbuster 'Shamshera'.

Sanjay Dutt graced the trailer launch of his upcoming action drama movie, Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster. During the media interaction the actor was asked about Ranbir Kapoor, who played the role of the actor in his biopic Sanju, the senior actor Sanjay Dutt was all praises.
He said, “Ranbir Kapoor is extraordinary in the film. I think the film is fantastic. I think Rajkumar Hirani and Vicky Kaushal, the entire team has done a fantastic job. The film has only shown the truth”

Rishi Kapoor insists Ranbir and Ayan should get married
#RishiKapoor who is currently enjoying the success of his son Ranbir's fame with recent release #Sanju said that its high time he gets married.
The veteran actor took to twitter on Saturday and shared a picture od son Ranbir Kapoor and his best friend Ayan Mukherji on twitter and captioned it, " Best friends!How about you both getting married now? High time!"
Ranbir is currently known to be dating Raazi star Alia Bhatt. The two are currently working with director Ayan and Amitabh Bachchan on Brahmāstra.
Rishi Kapoor's next 'Mulk' starring Taapsee Pannu, was unveiled on Friday evening — a day after its first-look posters.
The Anubhav Sinha-directed film will see Rishi playing a character called Murad Ali Mohammed, accused of treason, while Taapsee plays his defence lawyer, Aarti Mohammed.

Alia was present at the 68th anniversary celebration of Navbharat Times Utsav, 2018 along with Bhumi Pednekar, Varun Dhawan, Karan Johar, Arjun Kapoor, Rani Mukherjee, Pankaj Tripathi on Friday in Mumbai
When asked if Alia had the chance to see the biopic, 'Sanju' yet, she said, "I have watched the film, I loved it a lot. It is an outstanding and fabulous film. The film is high up in my fave top ten films. Ranbir is outstanding, Vicky and Paresh Ji are amazing. I think having everyone Sonam, Anushka the film is a full package. I am a big fan of Raju Hirani. Whenever his films come out I just wait and everytime he manages to hit it out of the park. Sanju is one of the best film we have in the past couple of years."
The actress received the honor of Best Actress award for her last release 'Raazi', talking about the award she said, " I would like to thanks Navbharat Times for the award of Best Actress that I was honored with for Raazi. I think when you get an award for a film that initially everyone thought was risky it makes you feel good. It means that people loved the film. I hope we can make more such films.

Ranbir Kapoor reacts to Ranveer Singh being first choice for ‘Sanju’
#RanbirKapoor has stepped into the shoes of #SanjayDutt for #Sanju, and how. If many had apprehensions about Ranbir pulling off a Sanjay Dutt on the big screen, it all changed after the trailer of Sanju hit the screens.
If Ranbir looks like a spitting image of Bollywood original bad boy, he has also nailed the accent and physique.
But it was only recently that producer Vidhu Vinod Chopra revealed that Ranbir was not the first choice for Sanju. He was keen to rope in Ranveer Singh to play Sanjay Dutt in the biopic. "I thought Ranveer had the flamboyance, the emotional depth as well as the ability to change himself completely to play Sanjay Dutt. But Raju was adamant that Ranbir would be perfect," Chopra had said.
But after working with Ranbir, he realised that he had to eat his words.
When Ranbir, who is currently busy with the promotions of Sanju, was asked about Chopra's comment, the 35-year-old actor said that he was clueless about it.

Check Out Ruby Ruby from Sanju
Filmmaker #RajkumarHirani unveils yet another epic song Ruby Ruby from forthcoming biopic #Sanju, starring #RanbirKapoor as #SanjayDutt.
Rajkumar shared the new song on his social media profile. He wrote, “And here is the song composed by A R Rahman and written by Irshad Kamil for #Sanju song #RubyRuby. #Sanju #RanbirKapoor @FoxStarHindi @arrahman @irshad_kamil @VVCFilms #RajkumarHiraniFilms”
The song, Ruby Ruby is a song that depicts Sanju’s quest for love as he lets his imagination run wild. The peppy and update number is composed by legendary AR Rahman, it is written by Irshad Kamil and in the voices of Shashwat Singh and Poorvi Koutish.
The video for the song will be unveiled later but right now only the track is released, which is fast becoming hit on video sharing platform.
The film Sanju will follow Sanjay Dutt's life, mainly through three stages, during his drug addict phase, his many love affairs, and during the phase of his life when he went to jail under TADA case.

I have only learned from my failures: Ranbir Kapoor
#RanbirKapoor, who has had a few failures on his way to stardom said, failures have translated to more learning than his success stories.
The actor had a rare question and answer session with fans on social media on on Sunday,
Asked by a Twitter user about how he deals with frustration and failures, Ranbir said: "I have only learned from my failures and not from my successes."
The actor further added, he celebrates these successes, "by wiping the sweat off my forehead and muttering 'bach gaye' to myself," "Bombay Velvet", "Tamasha" and "Jagga Jasoos" are some of the films that didn't work for Ranbir since his debut in Saawariya .
When a fan asked where does Ranbir see himself 10 years from now, the actor said: "I hope I can continue entertaining all of you for years to come."
His forthcoming movie is "Sanju", a biopic on actor Sanjay Dutt. The film directed by Rajkumar Hirani,stars Ranbir Kapoor as Sanjay Dutt.

#RajkumarHirani, who is good friends with actor #SanjayDutt says that his life story is “Unbelievable” but “True”.
Filmmaker Rajkumar Hirani and actor Sanjay Dutt have collaborated for Munna Bhai series and now the director is all geared up with actor’s biopic, Sanju, which stars Ranbir Kapoor in the titular role.
Hirani just released postcard styled new posters from the film, and both the posters depict struggling and delicate time in actor’s life.

In one of the posters, Sanjay Dutt is begging on streets during his drug-struggling days to save up enough money to meet his girlfriend and the second poster is even more heart-breaking. It is the premiere of his debut movie but unfortunately 3 days prior his mother, veteran actor Nargis has passed away.

Check Out the Main Badhiya Tu Bhi Badhiya
Finally, the makers of #Sanju unveils the first track from the forthcoming biopic, the song is titled “Main Badhiya Tu Bhi Badhiya”.
Filmmaker Rajkumar Hirani shared the song on his social media profile. He wrote, “#RanbirKapoor @sonamakapoor #RajkumarHiraniFilms @foxstarhindi @VVCFilms @TSeries @PuneetVuneet @rohanrohanmusic @SunidhiChauhan5”
The song depicts the early stage of Sanjay Dutt’s career and his father Sunil Dutt doubting his lip-syncing abilities. In order to prove his father wrong, Sanjay Dutt sings, the song “Main Badhiya Tu Bhi Badhiya" lip-syncing convincingly to a women’s voice. Set in the 1980’s, the song also features the quirky romance between Sanju and his girlfriend played by Sonam Kapoor.
The song is crooned by popular duo Sonu Nigam and Sunidhi Chauhan, with music from Rohan and lyrics by Puneet Sharma.
The biopic depicts the various stages of actor’s life, from his film career, drug addiction, jail time and come back to the silver screen. Ranbir Kapoor deserves praise for his amazing transformation into each phase of Sanjay Dutt's life.

'Badhiya' from 'Sanju' to release on Sunday
Director #RajkumarHirani took to Twitter and announced the release of the first song from his forthcoming film, #Sanju.
The tweet read, "#Sanju lip-syncing to a woman’s voice in the song #Badhiya. Coming out on Sunday, 11 AM. #RanbirKapoor @sonamakapoor #RajkumarHiraniFilms @foxstarhindi @VVCFilms @TSeries"
He also shared an official poster of the song Badhiya featuring Sonam Kapoor and Ranbir Kapoor as Sanjay Dutt.
The film's trailer released three days ago and received positive feedback from the audience.
