We haven’t gone for star value of actors in Race 3 says Salman Khan

#SalmanKhan has said that makers of #Race3 haven’t gone for star value actors in the film.

Salman Khan was interacting with media at the trailer launch of his upcoming film ‘Race 3’ along with other actors Bobby Deol, Anil Kapoor, Jacqueline Fernandez, Daisy Shah, Freddy Daruwala, Saqib Saleem, Sharat Saxena, director  Remo D’Souza, producer Ramsh Taurani, Mika Singh and Meet Brothers on Tuesday in Mumbai.

‘Race 3’ has an ensemble cast so when asked Salman whether makers of the film has been able to give equal importance to each actor of the film, he said, “In this film, we haven’t gone on star value of actors and we have put more focused on the characters of the film and we have made sure that each character of the film will justify its existence in the film. It doesn’t matter who is doing well and who is not doing well. Everyone has been treated equally in the film.  When audience will watch the film they will realize that it’s not matter of highlighting only certain actors”

When asked Salman whether he was worried when he was convicted in 1998 blackbuck poaching case as large amount of money was riding on his upcoming films, Salman shot back to reporter saying,  “Did you think I was going there forever ? if no, then thank you seriously because I was worried”

Salman Khan was earlier supposed to a film with Remo ‘D’Souza featuring small kid in it so when asked Salman whether he changed his mind by not doing that film when he witnessed box-office failure with ‘Tubelight’ which also had kind in it, Salman said, “Tubelight done really badly but it still done much better than the rest of the film which I am really happy. Even though we return back lot of money, we had lot of money too which we put into ‘Race 3’.”

“If people call ‘Tubelight’ disaster then I am really honored and privilege to be in that position that there are 100 crore plus films considered as disasters. The decision that I did a film with Matin (Rey Tangu) and did film with Munni (Harshaali Malhotra) so, I said let’s give some break to kids and work with adults because I can work with kids anytime in films”
Salman Khan enjoys huge popularity among kids of the country  therefore, reacting on increasing crimes against children’s in our country , Salman said, “Whatever is happening with kids of our country is really incorrect and all of us should take a stand on this one and get this stop right now asap (as soon as possible)”

Race 3, the action-thriller, is directed by Remo D'Souza and produced by Salman Khan Films and Tips Films. The film stars Salman Khan, Jacqueline Fernandez, Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol, Daisy Shah, Saqib Saleem and Freddy Daruwala in lead roles.

Race 3 releases on 15th June 2018.
