Actor and Producer #JohnAbraham unveil a new poster of his forthcoming movie, #Parmanu and confirm the new and final release date of the film, which is 25th May.
Actor John Abraham took to his social media account and shared the poster along with release date. He wrote, “The road to becoming a nuclear state is full of challenges. Making history is never easy! The Parmanu: The Story of Pokhran, was embroiled in controversy and has been delayed three times as the KriArj Entertainment and JA Entertainment had some financial and creative differences, but it is all settled now and the movie will finally release.
The upcoming patriotic drama film is directed by Abhishek Sharma and produced by Zee Studios, JA Entertainment and KriArj Entertainment. The film is written by Saiwyn Quadras, Sanyuktha Chawla Sheikh and Abhishek Sharma.
The film is based on the nuclear bomb test explosions conducted by the Indian Army at Pokhran in 1998. It features John Abraham, Diana Penty and Boman Irani.
Parmanu was earlier slated to release on 8 December 2017, but the makers pushed the date to avoid clashing with Padmaavat. Recently film got delayed further owing to fight between the producers of the film, Abraham's JA Entertainment and Kriarj Productions.
It is slated to be released on 25 May 2018.
