Filmmaker Rajkumar Hirani has been dazzling the fans with different avatars of Sanjay Dutt played by Ranbir Kapoor in Sanju, with the new poster over the week. Today the filmmaker unveils an adorable and innocent looking Sanju from his debut days.

Ranbir Kapoor as Sanjay Dutt on the poster strikes an uncanny resemblance to the early days of the badass superstar. Sporting a suit and famous Sanju Baba hairstyle the actor looks like a spitting image of Junior Dutt from 1980’s.
Sanjay Dutt also remembered his debut day on social media. He wrote, “A film which gave me a real sense of being an actor is #Rocky. Today marks 37 years of it and when I look back, my heart fills with gratitude for all the love and appreciation I have received over the years”
Sanju is an upcoming biographical film based on the life of Indian actor Sanjay Dutt, directed and written by Rajkumar Hirani and produced by Vidhu Vinod Chopra. The film stars Ranbir Kapoor as Sanjay Dutt in various stages of his life.
Apart from Ranbir, the movie features an impressive ensemble, which includes names like Anushka Sharma, Paresh Rawal, Sonam Kapoor, Dia Mirza, Karishma Tanna, Manisha Koirala, Divya Khatri, Jim Sarbh, Vicky Kaushal, Tabu and Boman Irani in pivotal roles.
The film is set to be released on 29 June 2018.
