#AliaBhatt and #RanveerSingh are working together for the first time in Zoya Akhtar directorial Gully Boy, recently “Bajirao Mastani” actor suffered a should injury and Raazi girl wished him a speedy recovery in style.
Actor Ranveer Singh, who is suffering from a labral tear in his left shoulder, says he is doing good and intends to come back stronger. He took to his social media account and shared, “Thank you for the good wishes everyone. I'm good. Its just a labral tear in my left shoulder. I intend to come back stronger. Love you all."
The "Bajirao Mastani" star had injured his shoulder during a football match. He has been strictly advised by doctors to avoid performing at the opening ceremony of the forthcoming Indian Premier League (IPL) season on April 7.
Alia Bhatt also took to his Twitter and wished Ranveer Singh, a speedy recovery. She wrote, “Wishing you a speedy recovery tutu.”
Isn’t it sweet, Alia Bhatt has a nickname for dapper actor Ranveer Singh, and it is “TUTU”!
Gully Boy is an upcoming musical drama film directed by Zoya Akhtar. It stars Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt in lead roles. It is being co-produced by Akhtar's Tiger Baby and Excel Entertainment productions.
The film is based on the lives of Vivian Fernandes aka Divine and Naezy known for their song "Mere Gully Mein" in Mumbai. The movie also stars Kalki Koechlin, Pooja Gaur, Akanksha Puri, Parmeet Sethi, Ali Asgar, Sudesh Lehri, Nassar and Vijay Varma in key roles.
The movie is slated for 14th February 2019 release.
