The “half Full CURVE” label returned to Lakmé Fashion Week Winter/Festive 2018 for the second season with a great fashion offering for all sizes.

Created by Rixi Bhatia (of Quirkbox fame) and her sister Tinka, the label is aimed at the amply endowed women who love to flaunt their style. The label is a dream offering for real women, who are in assorted sizes and shapes.

This season the ‘Soul Stirring Sisters’ collection had an oriental inspiration which was Japanese textiles and costume motifs along with lots of floral designs that were splashed on the garments.
These in turn were interpreted in intricate, detailed, embroidery that had that old-world charm. Keeping the silhouettes very fluid to enhance the comfort factor, there were oodles of chic emphasis and some ethnic influences that will appeal to the modern Indian women.

For garments that are aimed at the universal buyer, the colour card moved smoothly from the universal favourites black and white, to shades of grey, deep red, navy, beige and blue, which were artistically highlighted with metallic tones.

The heavily beaded, floral placement embroidery on a flowing black maxi, the floor-length embroidered shrugs over striped patched black long dresses and the soft sheer floral embellished blouse worn with a beaded tank top and skirt gave a wide choice to various shapes.

Peplum blouses, sheer covers, gathered robes, cropped pants with tunics, luxuriously layered shifts, kimono blouses, poncho tops were a great variety of fashion for women who love the varying silhouettes to suit their feminine curves.

A variety in the wardrobe is a must for every woman, that will turn her into a fashion Diva and the “half Full CURVE” line by Rixi and Tinka Bhatia has all the right fashion credentials.
