Jackky interacted with media at a musical celebration of the Mitron's music with co star  Kritika Kamra and director Nitin Kakkar on Friday.

Jackky who is seen playing a Gujarati in the film is also seen performing a long gujrati monolog, when asked about the experience he said, "The film is shot in Gujarat, and we had a new experience there. We have assumed the place is like this and that but actually it is as modern as Mumbai maybe even more. Nithik Sir kept reminding us to do justice to Gujrat.
At the start he made it very clear that this is going to be a Gujrat flavour film which is not loud. He instructed us to be very real. We made the film keeping in mind, we don't want any Gujarati to feel offended after watching the film, or say that that's not how we talk. "

Talking about the director, Nitin Kakkar, he also said, "He is the star of this film and he is the genius who made this happen. He seems very quite now but we were all scared of him on the set. He is the most evolved and sorted person I have ever met"

Mitron, set in the backdrop of the Gujarati milieu will be directed by Nitin Kakkar. It also stars debutant Kritika Kamra, Neeraj Sood, Pratik Gandhi and Shivam Parekh.

Presented by Abundantia Entertainment and Vikram Malhotra, Mitron is slated to release on 14 September.
