Bollywood is going through release shuffle right now, the latest movie which is pre-poned is #Manmarziyaan, starring #AbhishekBachchan, #TaapseePannu and #VickyKaushal.
The official handle of Phantom Films confirmed the news about release date change. It said, “Friday feels fantastic! Kyun ki hamara wala Friday aa raha hai ek hafta jaldi. #Marmarziyaan will now be releasing on 14th Sept! @ErosIntlPlc @aanandlrai @anuragkashyap72 @juniorbachchan @taapsee @vickykaushal09 @cypplOfficial @ErosNow @RelianceEnt.”
The movie now will hit the theatres on 14th September. Manmarziyaan is an upcoming romantic drama film directed by Anurag Kashyap and written by Kanika Dhillon. The film stars Abhishek Bachchan, Vicky Kaushal, and Taapsee Pannu.
Initially, it was reported that Dulquer Salmaan, Ayushmann Khurrana, and Bhumi Pednekar were cast in the film, but they dropped out of the film. Abhishek Bachchan was then brought in as a replacement for Dulquer Salmaan.
Taapsee Pannu's character in the film is a sports shop owner who has learned hockey from her parents. The film is being shot in Punjab, while some portions in Delhi and Kashmir. It is a love story set with a backdrop of sports!
The movie is slated for 21st September 2018 release.
