After series of promotional videos and logo release, the dynamic and Desi duo – #VarunDhawan and #AnushkaSharma are out with the first official poster of upcoming #SuiDhaaga.
The leading lady Anushka Sharma dropped the new poster on her social media profile. She captioned it, “धागे धागे पे लिखा है, सिलने वाले का नाम! आइये हमारी बुनी हुई कहानी सुनने! #SuiDhaagaMadeInIndia TRAILER OUT ON 13TH AUGUST! @Varun_dvn @Sharatkatariya #ManeeshSharma @yrf”
In the poster, Varun Dhawan and Anushka Sharma are looking absolutely spot-on Desi couple, who is happy and enjoying their lives. In the background, we can see the cloths and ambience of what appears to be a tailors shop!

Sui Dhaaga is something new and unique from the talented duo – Varun and Anushka – definitely has us excited!
The film is directed by Sharat Katariya and produced by Maneesh Sharma under the banner of Yash Raj Films. The film aims to highlight Indian artisans’.
Dhawan would play the role of a tailor, and Anushka Sharma an embroiderer. Both the actors learnt how to sew and embroider, and also operate the sewing machine.
The film releases on 28th September 2018.
