#AjayDevgn who is gearing gor for his next production release #HelicopterEela said, #Kajol is close to her character she never ends and Eela is always on.
Producer Ajay Devgn was present at the trailer launch of ‘Helicopter Eela’ with wife and film lead Kajol, Riddhi Se, Tota Roy Chowdhury, Neha Dhupia, and Jayantilal Gada on Sunday.
Kajol will be seen as an aspiring singer and single mother who has devoted all her life to her son to the extent of joining his college to complete her own education. When asked Ajay about Kajol's resemblance with her character Eela he said thoughtfully, "Kajol never ends and Eela is always on."
Talking about the film's name and its significance Ajay said, Eela was the film's title earlier but no one understood it.
"And we also thought why Eela. And in today's time ask any kid they will say their mother's are a helicopter. So many people saw this trailer and they reacted, 'this is my mother' and the mother said, 'these are my kids’ which is why ‘Helicopter Eela’. She keeps hovering around her kid. Actually nowadays it’s not just the mother but also fathers are helicopter fathers."
The Golmaal actor also added that one of the most amazing things about the film is that nobody is bad. "Neither the child nor the mother. They both are right, they both love each other and they want to help each other. That's the most beautiful part of the film."
'Helicopter Eela' directed by Pradeep Sarkar, is based on the Gujarati play 'Beta, Kaagdo'. The film cast also includes, Riddhi Se, Tota Roy Chowdhury, and Neha Dhupia.
It is written by Mitesh Shah and Anand Gandhi 'Helicopter Eela' is scheduled to release on 7th September.
