Recently Shahid Kapoor released the first official poster for the film and now co-star Shraddha Kapoor unveils yet another interesting and intriguing new poster along with trailer release date confirmation.
She captioned the poster, “Poster no 1! Trailer aa raha hai kal! #BattiGulMeterChalu @shahidkapoor @divyenndu @yamigautam @TSeries @bgmcfilm #BhushanKumar @ShreeNSingh @KuttiKalam”
Unlike the first poster, this one is little more insightful; Shahid Kapoor is hanging by the rollercoaster and trying to be the number one!
The film is helmed by Shree Narayan Singh and just like his last release, “Toilet Ek Prem Kath” this one also aims to create social awareness about a burning issue in our country, Electricity!
'Batti Gul Meter Chalu' is about bringing the social issue of electricity shortage to the notice of people and to encourage authorities to investigate the inaccuracies of electricity bills.
The film also features Yami Gautam in pivotal role. The movie releases on 21st September 2018.
