Actor #AbhayDeol just confirmed his cameo in forthcoming mega movie #Zero, starring Shahrukh Khan and helmed by Aanand L Rai on the sidelines of #NanuKiJanu Trailer Launch.
Abhay Deol has worked with filmmaker Aanand L Rai in Raanjhanaa which also starred Sonam Kapoor and Dhanush. And now the actor Abhay confirms his cameo in Zero.
Talking about the film, Abhay said, “I have a cameo in Zero, so it is very brief. It is not big, I didn’t have much to do, I did have a scene with Shahrukh Khan and I am with Katrina Kaif in the film. I don’t think I can say too much about it other than it is a cameo.”
Zero marks the second outing of Abhay Deol with Katrina Kaif after Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, which according to the actor was nice.
Talking about working with Katrina Kaif in Zero, Abhay said, “As far as reuniting with Katrina Kaif after Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara is concerned, it was nice to see her again on set but unfortunately it was a cameo, so it was a very brief time, it is nothing like Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara where we were together for a long stretch and with a lot of friends, here in Zero, it was me and her, one on one, for a couple of days.”
On the work front, Abhay Deol will next be seen in Nanu Ki Jaanu, which is an upcoming horror comedy film directed by Faraz Haider, also starring Patralekha.
The movie also stars an impressive ensemble of Brijendra Kala, Manu Rishi, Rajesh Sharma and Himani Shivpuri in pivotal roles.
Nanu Ki Jaanu is scheduled to release on 20 April, 2018.
