Actress #Patralekha graced the trailer launch of her forthcoming movie #NanuKiJanu here in Mumbai. During her media interaction Patralekha expressed that her co-star from the film inspired her to choose acting career.
Abhay Deol and Patraleka starrer Nanu Ki Janu is an upcoming horror comedy, for which the trailer was launched yesterday in Mumbai.
Talking about working with Abhay Deol for the first time content driven diva Patraleka said, “When I watched Dev D, he was a big inspiration for me to choose this career because Dev D had defined a lot of things at that time. So when I got the opportunity I jumped at it and there is so much to learn from Abhay Deol.”
“First he is so dedicated, he is always on time, just like I am. I think he is very vocal, whatever he feels he is going say that, so I think that kind of broke the ice between us and then it was very chill shooting with him.”
Patralekha also spoke about her boyfriend Rajkummar Rao and cleared the air about taking professional advice from the boyfriend.
Talking about taking guidance or help from Rajkummar Rao, actress Patralekha said, “We don’t interfere in each-others work. I guess I know at what point of time what he is shooting and he knows what I am shooting but it is a very personal space for an actor. We are very professionals, this is our work and if we connect to something we connect. We don’t have to ask somebody else.”
Nanu Ki Janu is directed by Faraz Haider, starring Patralekha and Abhay Deol along with an impressive ensemble of Brijendra Kala, Manu Rishi, Rajesh Sharma and Himani Shivpuri in pivotal roles.
Nanu Ki Jaanu is scheduled to release on 20 April, 2018.
