The musical remake #FanneyKhan starring #AnilKapoor, #AishwaryaRaiBachchan and #RajkummarRao, finally unveils its first look poster and it is an ode to Bollywood musical maestro.
Veteran actor Anil Kapoor dropped the first look poster of Fanney Khan on his social media profile. He wrote, “Yeh aise hi ek #Fanney Khan ki kahani hai...meri kahani...Teaser out on June 26! #AishwaryaRai @RajkummarRao @tseriesmusic @fanneykhanfilm @ROMPPictures @AtulManjrekar”
In the first look poster, Anil Kapoor is seen standing with a Tiffin-box and Trumpet in his hand. The poster also features late singer Mohammad Rafi, which is truly an ode to Bollywood musical maestro.
The film is helmed by Atul Manjrekar, it is being co-produced by T-Series and Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra Pictures Productions and is in association with Anil Kapoor Films Company Network.
Fanney Khan is reportedly inspired by the 2000 Dutch film, Everybody's Famous, which was nominated for Best Foreign Language Film at the Oscars.
Anil plays the father to a teenage daughter who has musical inspirations while Aishwarya plays the role of a glamorized singer with Rajkummar as her love interest.
The official teaser for the film will be out on 26th June.
Fanney Khan, which is a musical drama, is slated to release on August 3, 2018.
