Actress and international beauty icon Priyanka Chopra and her husband singer, songwriter, and actor Nick Jonas are lost in eye other eyes and makes for a perfect new-gen couple on the latest spread of Vogue.
The couple recently got married at the Taj Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur. The post wedding festivities and receptions have started in Delhi and will continue for the entire week.
Their wedding was a thoughtful representation of both the cultures, much like their roka engagement ceremony. The festivities began with a number of traditional pre-celebrations: a puja ceremony, a sangeet, a mehndi ceremony, and a haldi ceremony, along with Christian Style wedding, officiated by Jonas’s father.
Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas met during the Met Gala in 2017, when Ralph Lauren invited them to attend the function. After dating for a year, Nick popped the question with a Tiffany ring and rest is just history.
On the work front, Priyanka Chopra is currently busy with “The Sky Is Pink” also starring Farhan Akhtar and Zaira Wasim in the lead roles.
The Sky Is Pink is an upcoming biographical drama film directed by Shonali Bose and co-produced by Siddharth Roy Kapur, Ronnie Screwvala and Chopra under the banner of RSVP Movies, Roy Kapur Films and Purple Pebble Pictures. It is based on motivational speaker Aisha Chaudhary who was diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis.
The film is scheduled to be released in 2019.
