Karl Urban took memento from 'Star Trek Beyond' set

#Actor #KarlUrban who reprised his role as #Dr.Bones #McCoy for #StarTrekBeyond, the third film reboot of the #StarTrek franchise, took a Star fleet insignia from the sets when the shoot ended.

The 44-year-old shared that he couldn't resist looting for iconic mementos when the cameras stopped rolling for the project, reports femalefirst.co.uk.

"Did I steal anything? I may have yes... I might have stolen a Star fleet insignia,” Urban told BANG Showbiz magazine.

Having worked on three movies in the film series together, Urban developed a close bond with actor Zachary Quinto -- who portrays Spock in the films -- and appreciates the way his friend works.

"We had a great time working with each other, a lot of fun and I think we grew closer as a result and came to really appreciate each other's approach,” he said.
