Need Wishes for My New Series Says Anupam Kher
Veteran Actor #AnupamKher is all set to make his mark on American Television with his upcoming new #webseries #NewAmsterdam, which is a medical drama series. The actor just took to his social media and confirmed that the series premieres tonight and he needs wishes.
Anupam Kher took to his social media profile and shared his character poster along with a message. He wrote, “My series @NBCNewAmsterdam premieres tonight. I need your wishes very badly. Veteran actor Kher who is going to play the former Prime Minister in the film, 'The Accidental Prime Minister' took to twitter to wish Mr. Singh a very healthy and happy birthday.
He tweeted, "Respected #DrManmohanSingh!! Here is wishing you a very happy and healthy birthday. May be I will get an opportunity to have a cup of tea & a piece of cake with you if you ever watch our film. I promise, you will like my portrayal. It is full of sincerity & honesty. Regards. "
Along with the birthday wishes he posted a slow motion video of himself in the former Prime Minister's get up joining hands in respect towards the camera.

Being compared with Jennifer Lawrence made me blush - Niharica Raizada
#NiharicaRaizada who recently joined #AnupamKher at the celebration of Indias 72nd Independece Day in America was also spotted shooting for Photo Vogue a subset of Italian vogue Magazine in New York and the actor revealed that she was compared with Jennifer Lawrence of Hollywood by producer Brian Clopp.
Working with American professionals Niharica said: "today, being an artist means global recognition, internet and social media have connected the world on one platform: the world wide web. I love working with people from America, I recently got a chance to shoot with Sumit Asija and Brian Clopp.
Brian Clopp who last produced Angelina Jolies Netflix film "First they Killed My Father". It was a great experience chatting to Brian about the Hollywood system and casting process, being a producer and a casting director, he has the best of both worlds. He gave me plenty of tips on how one can do films globally".

Niharica Raizada all immersed in patriotic colors for Independence day celebration
#NiharicaRaizada who is gearing for the release of #TotalDhamaal recently travelled to US to celebrate #IndependenceDay with #AnupamKher.
The actress will be present in USA New Jersey on behalf of the Indian Business Association, celebrating Indian Independence day out of India. Apart from Niharica, Richa Aniruddh and Prachi Tehlan will also be present at the event.
Talking about the celebration she said, "I am really excited to be here. It is such a honor to represent India in America. I am very happy to be called here as a guest. I'll get the chance to meet with all the Indians living here and interact with them during the India day parade. It is beautiful how Indians living abroad are so connected with their roots and culture."

Just watching Anupam Kher on set was helpful: Kashyap Barbhaya
#KashyapBarbhaya interacted with media to promote his forthcoming release "One Day" on Sunday.
Sharing his experience working with Anupam Kher in the film, he said: "It was great experience working with him. My father works in Bollywood industry as a fashion photographer since last 35 years so, when he realised, he was very happy to have me on board."
Just watching him was very helpful he also helped me. He told me to be as natural as I can, and understand the character and how he would react in real life."
Kashyap will be seen working with actors like Anupam Kher, Mahie Gill and Zarina Wahab.
When talking about his character,he said, "Playing the character was challenging, I have played a muslin character in 'Sallu Ki Shaadi' and before that I played a punjabi character in 'Love u Family. What i had to keep in my the most is his mannerism as a muslim guy. The way he would talk and interact with others but at the same time he is a very modern guy. So I kept these things in mind when preparing for his role."

Anupam Kher leaves for New York to began shooting for NBC's show 'New Amsterdam'
#AnupamKher who is gearing up for new international projects said he will miss India and work hard to make the country proud while away for shooting.
Anupam Kher before leaving for NY posted a video message for his fans on his twitter actor. He wrote, "On my way to NY to act in @NBCNewAmsterdam- Medical drama series. Looking forward to it. Will be out of India for a substantial time. So will be missing my India but will work very hard to make all of you very proud. Will always need your love, best wishes and blessings."
In the minute long video Kher said, "I am leaving tonight to be part of the NBC's New Amsterdam. I will out for a few months, I am very happy to be part of the series which premiers on 25th of september 2018. It is a prime time show, but it also takes me away from my country for few months."

Talk to a Muslim is a ridiculous campaign : Anupam Kher
Veteran Actor #AnupamKher thinks the raging trend on social media called #TalktoaMuslim is ridiculous campaign.
Kher interacted with media in Mumbai when present for the celebration on (CISF) Central Industrial Security Force's 50 years of service.
'Talk To A Muslim' is a trending campaign on twitter and many have joined hands to show their support but Anupam Kher with a different opinoin said, "I come from a family that never not told me there are other religions. We have respected all religions. I think it is a ridiculous campaign. To point it out like that, is to make them feel inferior and to me it is a very shameful campaign.But now it is very easy to make any campaign on social media. Every other say something is trending on social media."
"We are living in a world of social media anything could turn important, 'I am an India ' should always trend all the time in your life and everyone's blood." he added.

'The Accidental Prime Minister' challenged the actor in me says Anupam Kher
#AnupamKher who will be next seen as the Indian Prime Minister #ManmohanSingh said the role challenged the actor in him.
The veteran actor on Wednesday treated his fans to a question and answer session on Twitter, where a fan asked about his reaction on bagging the role of Singh.
Replying Kher said, "I was amused and confused in the beginning. But then I read the script. It blew my mind. It challenged the actor in me," Anupam wrote.
He also announced that he will soon share who will be playing Prime Minister Narendra Modi's character in the film."Will be introducing the actor in due course,"
"One doesn't get such script so often. There was no struggle. I am a trained professional actor. I am sincere to my profession," he said it has been a "brilliant experience" shooting for the film, which has been shot in London and Delhi.
'The Accidental Prime Minister' is based on a book by Sanjaya Baru, a former media advisor to Manmohan Singh. Akshaye Khanna features as Baru, and Divya Seth Shah plays Manmohan Singh's wife Gursharan Kaur in the movie.

Anupam Kher Seek Blessings for the Maker of The Accidental Prime Minister
Veteran Actor #AnupamKher introduces the talented and dynamic filmmaker #VijayRatnakarGutte, who is directing the forthcoming biopic, #TheAccidentalPrimeMinister, and urges fans for wishes and blessings.
Anupam Kher took to his social media profile and shared series of new stills from the film and introduced a debut filmmaker Vijay Ratnakar Gutte, who is directing The Accidental Prime Minister.
The actor wrote, “Introducing @GutteVijay the dynamic director of our movie #TheAccidentalPrimeMinister. It is his debut film but he has an amazing grasp of the medium. He is unassuming and wonderfully focused. He is caring and stubborn. He will need your wishes and blessings. @TAPMofficial”
The Accidental Prime Minister is an upcoming biographical political drama film directed by debut filmmaker Vijay Ratnakar Gutte and written by Mayank Tewari.

Anupam Kher wraps up Delhi schedule for 'The Accidental Prime Minister'
#AnupamKher who will be seen playing the role of former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh in #TheAccidentalPrimeMinister, has wrapped up shooting in Delhi for the film.
The veteran actor Thursday tweeted that shooting in Delhi has been a learning experience.
Anupam tweeted, "The Delhi schedule of our film 'The Accidental Prime Minister' comes to an end. It was great to shoot in a city where I learnt so much about acting (National School Of Drama). It has been a learning experience to work with some superb actors from this city. Thank you Delhi,"
Apart from Anupam Kher as former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, the film also stars, Akshaye Khanna features as Baru, and Divya Seth Shah as Manmohan Singh's wife Gursharan Kaur in the movie
The film 'The Accidental Prime Minister' is said to be based on a book by Sanjaya Baru, a former media advisor to Manmohan Singh. Directed by debutant Vijay Ratnakar Gutte, the film is script is written by Mayank Tewari.
