On New Year's Day, filmmaker Anil Sharma makes the big announcement about the female lead in his Son, Utkarsh’s main lead debut film, Genius.
“Gadar: Ek Prem Katha” Filmmaker Anil Sharma announced “Genius” last year, which will launch his son Utkarsh in the main lead after working as the child artist in Sunny Deol starrer “Gadar”.
And now the filmmaker confirms the female lead, who will feature opposite Utkarsh in the film. The filmmaker shared the candid pictures of leading actors on social media.
Anil Sharma Tweeted, “Introducing Ishita opposite Utkarsh in 'Genius'. May this new year brings all the happiness and your love, affection."
'Genius' is reportedly said to be the story of a witty youngster whose experiments can change the way we look at science and is slated to release next year. Apart from newbie Utkarsh and Ishita, the movie also features established actors like Ayesha Jhulka, Mithun Chakraborty and Nawazuddin Siddiqui in pivotal roles.
The shooting of Genius will commence soon and the movie is scheduled to release in the summer of 2018.
Anil Sharma last directed the movie, Singh Saab the Great in 2013, which starred Sunny Deol, Amrita Rao, Urvashi Rautela and Prakash Raj in the main lead.
