Ad films more challenging than movie-making: Onir
Filmmaker #Onir has stepped into ad film direction with a campaign for the AND Fall 16 collection titled #WhoYouAre, for which he shot with actress #KareenaKapoorKhan. He says trying this creative medium is tougher than making a film because of its time restriction.
"Doing ad films is more difficult because you have to say everything in 30 seconds, which is very different from films. Also, it challenges you as a filmmaker... And I like challenges. It was exciting too because this is the first time I was doing a advertising campaign," Onir told on phone from Mumbai.
"I enjoyed the creative process and how you reach out to the audience. The end product is beautiful and people are reacting very well. In films, there is certain comfort because you have been doing them for so long. It's always nice when you try other forms of storytelling.

How to take care of curly tresses
Use an old tee instead of a towel to squeeze out extra water from your hair after washing it and try not to comb wet hair to set your curly hair.
Hair experts from Advanced Hair Studio list a few hair maintenance tips to get the curls right:
♦ Washing your hair regularly seems to be a good idea to keep it shining and clean, however people don't realise that it strips natural oils from hair and makes it dry. Wash hair only a couple of times in a week, using a good shampoo followed by a leave-on conditioner.
♦ After hair wash, it's best to let your hair dry naturally, without combing it. While this is a standard rule that should be followed by everyone, it's particularly important for women with curly hair because it avoids breakage and opens up the curls giving it a nice look. When it's not doable, use a wide toothed comb to take care of the tangles.
