Richa Sharma releases new single 'Jogi de naal'
Singer #RichaSharma has unveiled a new single titled "Jogi de naal".
"The idea was to give pure music. These days, the kind of lyrics that are played... we are all aware of so, we were thinking let's come out with something which has purity in music," Sharma told about the Sufi Qawwali song.
"We have worked hard on it and every person from this industry has appreciated it so, I am feeling extremely happy with the response," she added.

St. Petersburg named best tourist destination in Europe again
St. Petersburg won the World Travel Awards' best tourist destination in Europe' nomination for two consecutive years, the official site of World Travel Awards said on Monday.
About 1 million tourists and tourism experts voted for St. Petersburg in 2016. The main parameters to determine a winner in this nomination are safety, infrastructure and hotel chains, Xinhua news agency reported.
Since 2015, China leads in the number of foreign tourists visiting St. Petersburg.
World Travel Awards was established in 1993.
Maharashtra soaks in Ganeshotsav
#Mumbai and rest of #Maharashtra shifted into a festive gear with the arrival at homes and public places of thousands of big, medium and small idols of the elephant-headed Lord Ganesh for the 10-day long annual #Ganeshotsav on Monday.
The festival, initiated in an open public format in 1892 by Mumbai's Bhausaheb Laxman Javale alias Bhau Rangari, enters the 125th year.
It was popularised on a mass scale by freedom-fighter Lokmanya Bal Gangadhar Tilak from 1893 onwards in Pune to unite the people against the British Rule and in the struggle for Indian Independence.
Catherine Tresa to shake a leg with Chiranjeevi
Actress #CatherineTresa has reportedly been roped in to feature in a special song alongside megastar #Chiranjeevi in his upcoming Telugu action-drama "Khaidi No 150", a remake of Tamil blockbuster "Kaththi".
"Catherine was signed on for the song nearly three months ago. The makers only had her in mind and when she was approached, she immediately grabbed the opportunity. It's a peppy number, and it will see Catherine match steps with Chiranjeevi," a source from the film's unit told.
The song is yet to be shot.
"The dates are being figured out. It will be shot in a specially erected set in Hyderabad," he said.
While the original film didn't feature the song, director V.V. Vinayak, according to the source, felt it could be added as a special treat to Chiranjeevi's legions of fans.
Rishi Kapoor wants to do meaty negative roles
Veteran actor #RishiKapoor says he wants to do negative roles, but only with substantial content.
The 64-year-old star shared his views on exploring the genre on Twitter when a fan asked him when he will essay a grey character onscreen again.
"Must get a meaty role which I can get my teeth into. Actor cannot go beyond a well written character in the script," Rishi tweeted on Monday night.
He was lauded for portraying negative roles in films like "Agneepath" and "D-Day".
Tamannaah teams up with Simbu in 'AAA'
#TamannaahBhatia is the latest addition to the cast of Simbu-starrer Tamil romantic action-drama "Anbanavan Asaradhavan Adangadhavan" aka "AAA", which also stars #ShriyaSaran as one of the leading ladies.
"Very happy to announce that Tamannaah Bhatia is on board, pairing with Simbu for first time in 'AAA'," film's director Adhik Ravichandran wrote on his Twitter page on Tuesday.
The film features Simbu in triple roles, and reportedly as father and son.
In one of the roles, Simbu will be seen playing Madurai Micahel, and the makers have already released the character's look.

Nicole Richie doesn't like make-up
Fashion designer #NicoleRichie says she isn't "against" using cosmetics, but feels more comfortable when she's bare faced.
"I stay away from make-up because it clogs my skin. I know people (who) are so comfortable in make-up and they feel alive and that is what they love to do," people.com quoted Richie as saying.
She added: "So, I wouldn't say that I am against it because I know people that really get joy and feel the most like themselves when they put on make-up. I feel the most like myself when I don't have any on and so that's the road that I go down."
Richie went on to say "some people love to wear make-up and that's their thing. They like it. They're comfortable in it. It's not something that I would do. I like having a bare face. That's me."

The actor took to the micro-blogging site to rant about reports related to his image and personal life.
Pulkit was in news for his separation from wife Shweta Rohira, and his rumoured relationship with his "Sanam Re" co-star Yami Gautam.

Cricketer #YuvrajSingh has forayed into the fashion industry by launching his brand #YWCFashion in collaboration with designers #Shantanu and #Nikhil.
The cricket star says all the profits from his clothing line will be used for the betterment of cancer patients via YouWeCan (YWC). The brand was launched here on Saturday.
YouWeCan is an initiative of Yuvraj Singh Foundation which was started to help in facilitating early cancer detection. The organisation aims at creating awareness on early detection and prevention as well as providing support to fight the disease.

President Pranab Mukherjee hosted hundreds of guests at his official residence for an evening that celebrated the sights, sounds and colours of the Onam festival at a special programme organised by the Government of Kerala at the Rashtrapati Bhavan for the first time.
