The iconic song ‘Mungda’ from the 1977 film ‘Inkaar’ has been recreated for Indra Kumar’s upcoming film, #TotalDhamaal. The song will feature #SonakshiSinha and she will be seen shaking a leg with #AjayDevgn.
The official handle of Fox Star Hindi confirmed the news and along with unveiling the first look from the song. They wrote, “Get ready for Total Dhamaal with this one! Presenting @sonakshisinha & @ajaydevgn, a look from #Mungda. This iconic song is being recreated for #TotalDhamaal, in cinemas 7th Dec.! @Indra_kumar_9 @ADFFilms @ManglMurtiFilms”
The recreated version will feature Ajay Devgn and Sonakshi Sinha. The song is reported to be shot by Kookie Gulati and recreated by Gourvo-Roshin. Though Sonakshi Sinha is not part of the ensemble, she is only roped in for the song.
Total Dhamaal is an upcoming comic caper, directed and co-produced by Indra Kumar. It is the sequel to 2011 film Double Dhamaal and the third installment of the Dhamaal film series.
Riteish Deshmukh, Arshad Warsi, and Javed Jaffrey reprise their roles from the previous films alongside Ajay Devgn, Anil Kapoor, Madhuri Dixit, and Esha Gupta as new additions to the lead cast.
The film is slated for 14 December 2018 release.
