After hitting a masterstroke with #Soorma, Punjabi Sensation #DiljitDosanjh is all set to be immortalized in #MadameTussaudsMuseum, becoming first actor and musician from Punjabi film fraternity to have his figure at Delhi center.
The official handle of Madame Tussauds confirmed the news on the social media platform. It said, “We are glad to announce that @diljitdosanjh would be the first actor/musician from the Punjabi film industry to have his figure at #TussaudsDelhi. It’s time for some Dhol and Bhangra at Madame Tussauds. #DiljitAtTussaudsDelhi”
Udta Punjab Actor Diljit Dosanjh also expressed his excitement in quintessential Punjabi style, he wrote “Oh Balley”
The popular Punjabi singer will soon join the list of celebrities who have wax models of their own at the prestigious museum of Madame Tussauds. His wax figure is being readied for Madame Tussauds Delhi.
Diljit Dosanjh will add stardust to Madame Tussauds Delhi (located in Connaught Place), which already has wax figures of prominent personalities like Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Virat Kohli, Justin Bieber and several others.
Diljit Dosanjh starrer Soorma has done well critically and at the box-office. The film's cast also includes Taapsee Pannu and Angad Bedi.
Next, Diljit will be seen sharing screen space with Kriti Sanon and Varun Sharma in forthcoming comic caper Arjun Patiala.
