"We are going to hold second edition of the Delhi Walk Festival from November 19 and it will end on December 4. This festival will have 200 walks led by 50 walk experts (organisations/individuals) making it the largest walk festival in the country," Mishra told reporters here.

Mishra said that the walks would be held at many popular as well as unexplored places of Delhi, including Tughlaqabad Fort, Nizamuddin, Khan Market, Connaught Place, Humayun's Tomb, Lodhi Garden, C.R. Park, Paharganj, Hauz Khas, Kashmere Gate, Qutub Minar, Sonia Vihar and Khirkee, among others.

"Delhi is a city rich in heritage, nature, art and culture. So through this walk festival we will explore all aspects of cultural heritage of the city," Mishra said.

He said the first edition of Delhi Walk Festival was organised in February 2016 and received an overwhelming response.

For the second edition, some walks will be led by eminent Delhiites such as Pradip Krishen (environmentalist and author), Ravish Kumar (journalist and author), Gursimran Khamba (stand-up comedian), William Dalrymple (author), and Gautam Bhan (author and gay activist).

The second edition of the Delhi Walk Festival is being organised by Delhi Tourism in association with State Bank of India and 'Delhi I Love You'.

'Delhi I Love You' is an 18-month-old cultural and social movement in Delhi started in May, 2015 with an aim to promote and connect people/organisations and celebrate the city at large.
