Helmed by Abhishek Kapoor, Sushant Singh Rajput as Mansoor and Sara Ali Khan as Mukku are honest, beautiful and a pair we wish we knew in real life. With the backdrop of the 2013 Uttarakhand floods, the movie also shows the blossoming love story between a pithu essayed by Sushant and a tourist, Sara.
The film's gripping storyline, visuals, stellar performances, effects, background score, and screenplay will only leave you wanting for more.
The film has been embroiled in controversies from the get go, now the priests of Kedarnath had demanded a blanket ban on the film on the grounds that the film promotes love jihad as the film primarily revolves around the love story between an upper-class Hindu and a Muslim pithu.
The debutante Sara Ali Khan looks promising and every frame of the teaser looks gripping.
Kedarnath is a potent combination of love and religion, of passion and spirituality. The film is slated to release on December 7 this year.
