Gastropub Informal has laid out the welcome mat for the monsoon season with a 'Band, Baaja and Baarish' food festival that has a menu perfect for the rainy day.
The fest, which started on Monday at Informal, located in Connaught Place area of central Delhi, has a plethora of dishes on offer for vegetarian and non-vegetarian patrons alike.
Vegetarians can opt for tandoori broccoli and pakodas, corn in charcoals and veg seekh special. Non-vegetarians, too, can satiate their monsoon cravings with Amritsari fish, chicken pakora and tandoori fish tikka.
The health-conscious can savour offerings like grilled paneer with potatoes and cilantro cream, grilled stuff mushrooms with brava sauce, charcoal grilled fish with butter lemon sauce and charcoal grilled prawns with Spanish hot paprika in non-vegetarian dishes.
There is a specially curated dessert menu, which includes hot gulab jamun, kheer and the all-time favourite gajar ka halwa.
Nuria Rodriguez, Director, Informal, says they keep the right weather in mind to create the perfect dish.
"We make sure to curate and create each dish specifically keeping the right weather in mind. Each of our dishes is a perfect blend of taste and aroma which gives our customers the most satisfying experience," Rodriguez said.
