After being in the industry for 25 long years, finally, the actor has been conferred with the Padma Shree. Talking about his award nomination, Manoj Bajpayee said, “Since the time I heard the news I have been ecstatic and feel very honored. When a performance is judged on the basis of excellence it’s truly amazing and the feeling of victory is much sweeter”

The trailer shows Manoj Bajpayee obsessed with trying to save a child from being abused by his father.

Written and directed by Dipesh Jain the film starts Manoj Bajpayee in lead role along with Shahana Goswami, and Ranvir Shorey.

Manoj Bajpayee and John were recently seen together in the film, Satyameva Jayate which failed to impress the audience.  

The film won accolades in two out the four categories that it was nominated in (Best Actor: Manoj Bajpayee, Best Director: Dipesh Jain, Best Supporting Actor: Ranvir Shorey, Best Indie Film).

Manoj Bajpayee won the Best Actor award for his heart wrenching portrayal of a man trapped within the walls and alleys of Old Delhi and his own mind, who attempts to break free to find a human connection.

Vicky was honored with the award for the best supporting role at the Indian Film Festival of Melbourne for Sanju on Sunday. 

Talking about sharing the stage with Manoj Bajpayee at the Melbourne film festival Vicky wrote on twitter, "I was an AD giving claps for scenes in GoW. Today, receiving an award along with @BajpayeeManoj Sir on the same platform of @IFFMelb ,this journey has only been possible because I got to observe & learn from fine actors like him. Thank You, Sardar Khan!"

Vicky Kaushal has been in the limelight since the release of 'Raazi' with Alia Bhatt which followed a power-packed performance from the actor in the biopic 'Sanju' alongside Ranbir Kapoor.

Vicky will next appear in Anand L Rai's production, 'Manmarziyaan' with Taapsee Pannu and Abhishek Bachchan. It was also announced recently by Karan Johar that Kaushal will also be part of his 2020 period drama, 'Takht'.

Veteran Actor Manoj Bajpayee and John Abraham have shared screen space in ‘Shootout at Wadala’ and now the co-actor will be seen in Milap Zaveri’s Sataymev Jayate.

During the media interaction at the trailer launch of the film, Manoj Bajpayee praised John Abraham. He said, “I have worked with John Abraham before and that experience was really amazing. There is a line, Success is not the end and failure is not the end, John Abraham believes in that and follow it, which is the best thing about him because in this industry there are very few people, who believe in that. Here every Friday believe, thoughts and attitude keeps on changing, but John remains the same”

Actor Manoj Bajpayee also spoke of Nepotism and stated that John Abraham is the living and breathing example that hard work pays.
