'Shape of you' most watched international video in India
Grammy Award-winning singer #Ed_Sheerans "Shape of you" is the most watched international video on YouTube in India.
The song, which released in January, also has a huge number of covers on the video sharing website.
"We knew we had a hit the day the song was released. It's appeal is universal as can be seen by the multitude of covers in various Indian styles and languages. We're extremely proud to say India has made this song its own," Arjun Sankalia, Director- International Music and Publishing at Sony Music Entertainment India, said in a statement.

Ed Sheeran announces European tour dates
Singer #Ed_Sheeran has announced details of an European stadium tour for 2018.
The "Castle on the hill" hitmaker will embark on a number of performances in Europe, beginning the run of shows at Cork's Pairc Ui Chaoimh in Ireland on May 4-5 and ending at the PGE Narodowy in Warsaw on August 11, read the singer's website.
After leaving Cork, Sheeran will travel to Belfast, Galway and Dublin, and then move across to shows in Manchester's Etihad Stadium, Hampden Park in Glasgow and Newcastle's St. James' Park, followed by two performances at London's Wembley Stadium, rounding off with a night at Cardiff's Principality Stadium on June 22.

Ed Sheeran's fourth album will be 'acoustic'
Singer #Ed_Sheeran says he has been working on his fourth album for over six years. He says the album will be "very acoustic".
The 26-year-old says he has "six or seven" tracks for the new album after writing a song every year since 2011, reports dailymail.co.uk.
Since soaring to international prominence with "+" in 2011, Sheeran later released 2014's "X" (Multiply) and "÷" (Divide) earlier this year to huge critical and commercial success.
"I've been working on this one (fourth album) since the same time as '+'. Every year I write a song that will go on it," Sheeran told The Sun newspaper.

Harington first met Sheeran in toilet
Actor #Kit_Harington says his friendship with singer #Ed_Sheeran began at a urinal.
In an interview on James Corden's "Late Late Show", Harington talked about his bond with Sheeran, reports metro.co.uk.
He said: "We had an odd first meeting…I was in a men's urinal taking a p*** and sometimes a guy comes up to you next to you and does a double take while you're taking a p*** and then he looks back forward and then he looks at your todger and then he looks back at you and says are you Jon Snow? That was Ed Sheeran."

I was an unfortunate looking kid: Ed Sheeran
Singer #Ed_Sheeran has poked fun at himself and called himself an "unfortunate looking kid".
He said so during "Carpool Karaoke" with comedian-actor James Corden for his TV show "The Late Late Show with James Corden".
"I was so nervous about coming on this show because I couldn't see what was funny about me singing my songs. As soon as I took out my guitar, it was funny," Sheeran said on the show, reports dailymail.co.uk.
"As a person I can have conversation and be personable, but musically if you stand me there with a microphone (without a guitar) I feel a bit naked but I've been glued to this guitar since I was like 11.

Ed Sheeran finds hiatus rejuvenating
Pop star #Ed_Sheeran is back from a hiatus feeling "totally refreshed and rejuvenated".
At the end of 2015, he shut off his social accounts, got rid of his phone, and headed to far-off places.
"I travelled to places that I'd been to on tour but never really got a chance to see, like Japan, as well as places that I'd never been but always wanted to, like Ghana," he told ew.com.
"It was incredible. I felt totally refreshed and rejuvenated."
He says the benefit was for both him and his fans.
"I came back even more driven than the last album, (which) I pretty much went straight into from my first without any break," he said.

Rita Ora, Ed Sheeran team up for new single
Singer #Rita_Ora has teamed up with close friend and singer #Ed_Sheeran for a new single titled #Your_song.
Sheeran had earlier penned a song for her in 2015.
"'Your song' has everything I wanted to express: it's a song that's full of positivity and about feeling on top of the world, like everything is going right and that's where my life is right now," dailymail.co.uk quoted Ora as saying.
She added: "I love working with Ed and Steve (British producer Steve Mac); it was incredible to really bring this idea to life with some of the most talented songwriters of our time. Ed and I have been friends since our teens, it's brilliant to have the opportunity to collaborate with him for my first single, we definitely click creatively."
